These guys are top notch, the education was very helpful. The installation was super clean, they did a great job of keeping my house clean and were very respectful. They also went the extra mile and helped me with an odor problem I had after the installation. I had high humidity in a crawl space in a brand new house that had previous mold. Brandon came out, looked at the situation, was knowledgeable, honest and knew how to fix a problem in my 3 month old house. The company is fast, professional and has an awesome warranty. I was finishing my basement on the South Hill with a rock and mortar foundation. I called 5 different people on how to waterproof the basement and got 5 different answers. Logan and the team and Premier talked me through all the different options that the other people quoted and explained why the spray foam solution and drain was the best option for a rock and mortar foundation waterproofing. They were incredibly professional, able to accommodate my timelines with our contractor, and most importantly, they cleaned up as if they had never been there. Had a basement water intrusion, in the Coeur d'Alene area. I  called this company they were very fast, professional and gave me good advice on what to do. We hired Premier Basement for an internal french drain and sump pump system due to water damage in our basement. Logan was the manager of the team and helped with the project proposal and with the mapping of where everything would go. He was very helpful and communicative and answered his cell line anytime we had a question about anything. Mason was the crew lead and oversaw the actual on site job - he was very communicative about each step of the process and was very thorough explaining where and what everything was. Dylan, Gabriel, Chase, and Brady made up the crew and they were all very respectful and helpful with any questions that we had. They were also very sweet with our dog - even when he jumped all over them - which I thought was nice 😊 Everything looks great and seems to be working wonderfully! I've heard the sump pump turn on twice since installment and everything appears to be running smoothly. There was a slight issue with a couple of pipe placements, but we contacted Logan about it and he was super quick to respond and offer assistance. We are happy with how everything turned out and are looking forward to having a dry basement for years to come!
