Challenge: This customer had water issues in his crawl space that he had been trying to
fix himself for a long time. He had standing water that made the whole space unusable.
After trying multiple different solutions without success, he called us to get the job done
right.
Solution: Our technician inspected the crawl space and came up with a plan to fix this
customer’s problems. First, all of the previous attempts had to be removed so we could
start with a fresh slate. From there, our solution was to regrade drainage to direct the
water seepage to a sump system. Then, we installed multiple pumps due to the size of
the crawl space. After that, both Drainage Matting and Clean Space liner were put in to
encapsulate. Two SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers were also installed to keep the
humidity low. All of this combined will be just what the customer needs to take care of
his crawl space issues.
