Challenge

The customer contacted us about his crawlspace, it had just a bit of water this spring. The plastic sheeting doesn’t extend to the foundation in some places. 

Solution

After the Technician was out at the customers house. He proposed to regrade drainage to direct water seepage to sump system. Install SmartSump pump system. Install CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. Install CleanSpace Drainage Matting under CleanSpace liner. Install SaniDry Sedona to keep humidity low. Sprayfoam from footing line to subfloor to insulate crawlspace and kill any microbial growth. The customer was happy with the proposed fixes. This will solve his crawl space issues for years to come.
