SmartJack fixes a multitude of foundation issues!
Foundation issues can lead to not only sagging and unlevel floors but also cracked
drywall and sticking or completely unopenable doors and windows. This can be caused
by floor framing spanning too far, rot weaking the floor framing, or additional weight that
the floor system was not designed to handle. SmartJacks can be installed to stabilize
the foundation and resolve these issues. First, a hole is excavated for each SmartJack
and a structural footing is compacted in place. Then the steel SmartJack is cut to size
and installed under your sagging floor. It is a reliable solution that can even be easily
adjusted again in the future.
